It’s February… How are those New Years Resolutions coming? Actually, I’m just joking. I didn’t make any resolutions this year. And, I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t just wait until January to make small changes to your diet, life, or whatever else you feel needs improvement. Next January is 11 months away! Instead of…

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Avocados from Mexico for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine. My husband loves telling people that his wife plays fantasy football, but he doesn’t. Secretly, I think he enjoys it. While I certainly enjoy watching the game (especially if the Ravens are playing!), I…

There’s a pretty big football game coming up next weekend. The Super Bowl… You may have heard of it?
So, this week I thought I’d share my quick and easy go-to recipe for guacamole. No game day party is complete without some chips and guac, right?

What do you get when you mix guacamole with edamame dip? Guaca-mame, of course! At least, that’s what my hubby called it while sampling this culinary experiment. It all started when I saw this Quick and Easy Edamame Dip over at La Fuji Mama (isn’t she brilliant?)… I love edamame, and I loved the idea…

Even in the age of technology, there is something exciting about getting things in the mail. Yes, the “snail” mail. I get excited whenever there is a letter or card in the mail with my name on it. It’s fairly normal for my hubby to receive packages in the mail, but I rarely get anything…

One of my favorite flavor combinations is fresh cilantro and lime. The pair of flavors, when added to a dish, provide a bright and fresh taste that really wakes up your taste buds. I find myself adding these ingredients to lots of my recipes, especially in the spring. So, throughout the week, I thought I…
