I’m so sorry that I missed the yeast bread boot camp. I think this whole series of ‘boot camp’ challenges is a teriffic idea. I hope I’m able to participate as soon as time allows. BTW, the button logo you’ve used for the “Kitchen Boot Camp” series would make an adorable hand painted trivet. Just sayin’ :)

I really want to partecipate. Do you accept Italian foodbloggers?
I’m thinking about a different salad dressing: stop to olive oil and vinegar, too classic :)
Eggplant salad would be accepted?
