Jennifer – Yes… This is somewhat of a “build your own” challenge. You can pick a recipe from the book and write a post about it, develop a recipe of your own, do a video, etc. The goal is to learn something in the kitchen, so you can do what interests you most!

Sauces can be a challenge, but once you have them mastered, so many different dishes can be created. (I’m a newbie at sauces, so I’m not speaking from experience of course, but I plan on learning a few new saucie skills too.)
