If you are interested in white whole wheat flour, I'd recommend <a href="http://www.kingarthurflour.com/flours/white-whole-wheat-flour.html" rel="nofollow">King Arthur Flour</a>! Susie – Plain whole wheat flour is OK, but you might want to substitute some all purpose flour for some of it since the plain whole wheat flour can be a bit heavier/earthier.
