I love snow and don't mind it but I HATE driving in bad weather. If I never had to drive in bad weather I would be all over lovin' winter...haha. Now onto these awesome quesaillas. I love the corn mixed with black beans (fiber!) and the avocado makes me even more happy:) P.S. I'm sorta happy about Spring this year so I can open up my windows! I hate the stale air that builds up in a house over the winter. I have mixed feelings about winter. I love snow and don’t mind it but I HATE driving in bad weather.
