I did this recipe at home last week using some Spanish cheese, as it was the only one I had at home, it was amazing, truly tasty and smooth, from my point of view the Spanish cheese improved the whole thing, why don´t you just have a look at this website and let me know what do you think, I´m pretty sure you are going to like it.There are also some good recipes you may want to try.

Love, love, love a good quesadilla! And apples and cheddar are a winning combo. We like putting a bit of drained saurkraut in ours as well. Great with a side of soup too!

Wow, this looks delicious, really like the combination of apples and cheese, will definitely try this quesadillas, although do not have cranberry mustard, so will make a substitution :-)

Jen, that looks AMAZING. I love apple cheddar anything, and I love fruit in salads, sandwiches, etc. The suggestion of the cranberry mustard is amazing!
