Made these, and they make a ton... like 72 total they are the BEST you need to let them cool on the pan so that the caramel hardens, then they will come off the silpat or parchment easy. you NEED to do this. I don't have any milk duds though. I made 6 with Nutella in the center and 6 without. They all taste very good. The cookie itself isn't overly Nutella flavored but it's still really good. The ones with the Nutella in the center came out even better simply because of that surprise bite of creamy hazelnut. Unfortunately in my rush to start the next batch, I didn't wait long enough to take them off the pan and they all fell apart. I got over my laziness and washed my second pan so the rest of them don't have the same fate. I'll be bringing them to a class later today because my boyfriend will kill me if I leave them in the house! I just found and tried this recipe today. I don’t have any milk duds though.
