Also, the thing about caramel is, once it hits that beautiful burnished color, it tastes burnt, which stinks, since it makes such a beautiful presentation! Your Tortes are gorgeous..love the piping and how creamy your frosting turned out, the photos really highlighting it! You rocked this challenge... despite not liking how they turned out!
