They came out perfectly white all over. I am now just contemplating drizzling white chocolate over the top. I made them with all whole wheat flour and 3 egg whites instead of the egg and used splenda (which I wasn't really wanting to use, but had it on hand and tried it for the first time baking...not bad, but not something I'd always use.) Anyhow, they really are super awesome. Thank you for sharing (even though I changed it a bit...haha) Your website is awesome!!!!! These are AMAZING!
