Oh my gosh! These were sooo good. I used Costco's frozen mahi mahi filets instead of tilapia because that's what dh prefers.

After I fixed this a few times, I tried the chicken (Dh really likes fried food.) Dh really liked that too. The only thing is I use a higher oven temp, because I have the flakiest oven in town, and I put the chicken in the entire time the potatoes are in.
One time I fixed this, dh called to tell me he wouldn't be home for dinner. He asked me to make his anyway, so he could take it in his lunch.

What a brilliant idea using the greek yogurt in the tartar sauce. It looks yummy even though I don't eat fish:)

I love Old Bay!! Ever since my first crab experience in Baltimore, Maryland, I knew this was a spice I always wanted to have on hand. Seeing this post made me realize how long it's been since I used it. Great recipe.

Hmmm. This looks so yummy and such a great alternative to traditional fried fish and chips. Kudos to you.

We bake fish all the time. It is one of the easiest ways to make it, and it has all the crunch and flavor of frying. Tilapia is my fish of choice because it bakes so quickly and has such a good flavor. Your oven fries are making me hungry! Yum!
